Specifically, Innovate & Organize maximizes grassroots activities by educating and involving partners with common interests whenever possible. These efforts enable clients to benefit from the mobilization of existing grassroots networks towards their common goal.
 
Government relations
A high priority for an organization is the establishment of a voice within the legislative arena. Innovate & Organize can identify opportunities to involve a group in legislative debates to ensure issues of concern are addressed. The principals of Innovate & Organize have years of experience representing organizations before the State Legislature and various state agencies, providing regular updates on legislation of interest, and arranging meetings with key legislators. Often, Innovate & Organize works behind the scenes with an organization to bring together all the tools to augment the actual lobbying effort at the capitol.

Strategy and planning
Innovate & Organize can assist an organization with developing a strategy for legislative issues as well as issues concerning the public at large. By crafting the correct message and educating an audience, an association can be successful in its communication efforts on important issues.
