Tricia Dinneen PriebeCo-Founder, Innovate & Organize

Tricia Dinneen Priebe has over twenty-five years’ experience in government relations and grassroots advocacy. She co-founded the legislative grassroots and association management company – Innovate & Organize, LLC – with the aim of creating a results-oriented business to assist organizations and businesses in ways specially designed to fit their needs.
Among her many areas of expertise are: lobbying of public officials, grassroots development and management; public policy strategic planning; drafting newsletters, action alerts, organizing meetings and events.
Prior to co-founding Innovate & Organize in 2001, Tricia was employed by some of Connecticut’s most successful lobbying firms where she worked on legislative priorities for clients representing numerous fields. While working on legislative initiatives, Tricia spearheaded successful grassroots efforts and served as editor of various newsletters and publications. In addition to direct lobbying, Tricia provided clients with a wealth of expertise in the design and implementation of grassroots activities, while managing issues through trend identification, analysis and the development of major research.
Tricia is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
